Here's Winston-- he is a cutie and loves to have his photo taken!

PJ is a happy baby who loves flowers

Just for fun, here are some photos I took of Winston in 2005, so you can see how he's grown (and PJ wasn't born yet!)

Anna and Alex are both from Russia and a majority of their guests were Russian as well. (Too bad I don't speak Russian, because it sounded like the toasts were hilarious!) Two things I can tell you about Russian weddings: they like to smoke, and they like to dance.
Since my family is Jewish and Polish, I felt pretty familiar with the Jewish and Russian crowd. (Not to mention, the bride has the same name as me, and her family calls her Ania, as my family calls me. It was a little confusing to hear my name being called all the time). Their families were super warm and loving, especially Anna's grandmother.
Here is Alex peeking in while Anna is getting ready.

There are TWO dog photos this week! The first is a film photo from 2003:

The second was taken yesterday morning. This is Elroy playing with Zica-- don't worry, it looks scary but they're just playing!

Lindsey and James had a beautiful wedding at the Carneros Inn in Sonoma, designed by Cay Lemon. Lindsey was the perfect laid back bride, and of course gorgeous in her Vera Wang. She and James just wanted to have a lot of fun at their wedding, and they did.
The best part about the Carneros is the horses. I took lots of photos-- can you tell I like animals? Horses are so majestic looking, both peaceful and powerful. |

The bride and groom see each other for the first time, in the apple orchard:

Here is Lindsey right before the ceremony:

Here is James reacting to a speech:

And one of my favorite people at the wedding was James's nephew, who caught a preying mantis in the tall grass. He was very proud.
